Regatta organising checklists and requirements

When arranging a regatta it is important that the organisers meet the requirements specified.  These are set out in the following documents:

Regatta layout The layout and equipment requirements for the umpires to ensure that they are able to run the regatta effectively.
Equipment requirements

List of boats and fuel requirements that the umpires will need during the regatta.

Safety requirements Essential safety requirements that must be in place before the regatta can start.

The following checklists are included for specific officials involved in the regatta (checklists will be added as and when they are developed):

Aligner/Judge at the start

Setting up of Aligner station and completion of duties of Aligner/Judge at the start.  Checklist developed from Roodeplaat checklist - must be applied with due modification for local conditions.
